Just returned from a rejuvenating stay at Blindgate House in beautiful Kinsale, and I have to say, if you're after a bit of tranquility, you might want to consider this spot. The atmosphere is quite laid-back, with spacious and clean rooms that serve as a great base for exploring the town. The breakfast offers a variety of well-prepared options, perfect for fueling your next adventure. I enjoyed a cozy terrace area, which is a lovely spot to unwind in the fresh air. Maeve, the owner, was accommodating and helpful, ensuring my stay was as comfortable as possible. While finding the place took a bit of GPS-wrestling, once I arrived, the peaceful environment was worth the effort. If you're in Kinsale and seeking a balance of relaxation and adventure, Blindgate House is a solid choice. Just remember to bring your walking shoes for those scenic strolls!
